GAF out with a July TPO price increase

GAF went out last week with a July price increase of up to +$0.2/sqft for effectively all TPO membranes. It amounts to a ~3-5% net price increase across the TPO lines. This has been confirmed by Convoy Supply and Universal Supply. This is definitely the type of behaviour that we’d hope to see from GAF.

You never quite know how these things stick. Carlisle was out with one in Feb and I haven’t done any checks on how that went. We will see in the next quarterly earnings how it stuck for Carlisle (expectation was that little would stick). Either way, it’s positive to see GAF holding the line on price.
